Michelle Baird Design specializes in faux sites, blog/template design, branding/logo design and other print material. Web designs are currently compatible with blogger only.
In most cases, in order to start the design process, your login and passwords must be shared with Michelle at Michelle Baird Design. Your private information will be treated with the utmost security and privacy. Upon installation of your design, all private information will be deleted. For individuals preferring NOT to share this information with me, all efforts will be taken to make sure the correct widgets are added to the template, however it is NOT guaranteed that they will all transfer. If you chose to self install, I will included detailed installation instructions.
Premade designs will be installed within 36 hours from the time the order is place. Custom orders can have a start date anywhere between 2 days and 3 weeks depending on the number of custom orders I have. Once the order is placed you will receive a style questionnaire as well as potential start date. All custom orders will come with a rough draft sample via e-mail prior to installation. You will have an opportunity to critique the design, make edits and/or changes at that time. Edits are based upon the first draft. I do not start from scratch on the second and third edit. All orders, including packages and ala carte items, come with maximum of two revisions. If extra revisions are required to get the design right, you will be charged for those extra revisions at an hourly rate of $40. For that reason, please be as detailed as possible on the questionnaire when ordering custom designs.
Refunds and exchanges are not allowed for design work. You are paying for both the design and the time involved to create your design. However, it is my primary goal to make you happy and I will do everything reasonable to do so as long as it is in accordance to these terms and conditions and also maintain the integrity of Michelle Baird Design.
All design work done by Michelle Baird Design must be credited with a link back to my site. The credit must stay on your site for as long as the designs are used.
Please do not ask me to copy another website or blog. I am willing to look at other designs, blogs, and websites, so that I may get a better sense of your style and likes. All custom designs are just that, CUSTOM and for you only. I am happy to use your personal photos, embellishments, and/or artwork in your custom designs. However, it is your responsibility to ensure the proper permission and licensing of these items.
